So, MS just released their newest advertisement for the Xbox One, featuring Sylvester Stallone and it appears they're taking a
. I love innuendos...

With the way MS has been advertising since the release of their next-generation console, I'd like to know your thoughts on their methods. Also, which advertisement from them regarding the Xbox One have you enjoyed the most so far?

Outage and Daily Deal

Will you still be honoring your daily deal for the xbox one games that you are advertising for your end of year campaign. I have tried to purchase the deal through the xbox one and your online site, neither would allow the purchase to take place.

Well, I would imagine that if you've already got one, your chances of buying another automatically diminish dramatically.

 

Even if I didnt have one most commercials dont make me buy anything unless it has to deal with food or half naked women. Let MS or Sony put Kate Upton in a tv spot and Ill be standing in the blistering cold for hours to grab a new console. Its all about
knowing your target audience.

 

but i'm more fond of the Xbox Anthem commercial ... and it may or may not be because i was actually flown out to Boston to film and be in it! lol

 

I agree, the only thing commercials convince to me buy is food. I don't buy half naked women, though. That's illegal in my state. I do appreciate a funny commercial. But that has no impact on whether or not I will buy the product.

I thought the Xbox Invitation commercial rocked! It really got me pumped and had me watching the calendar for November the 15th!!

 

I liked the vid, and I know its a tv spot so should be 30 seconds, but thought they needed to show more games. Titanfall & Destiny (if allowed, probably not) as well as DR3 & Ryse which are launch titles but still.

I did get the impression that it is them admitting that Sony hit then hard but they are not out of the fight, despite what trolls & horrible gamin media may say.

 

Haven't seen any third party advertisements on the Xbox One, only game related stuff. There is a few on my Xbox 360 though which I find annoying.

 

I've seen a few 3rd party advertisements on the Xbox One console - at least 1 of them was a car advertisement (and it wasn't for Forza or any other racing game).

 

I have to say they at least don't SPAM advertise r-e-a-l bad on either Xbox 360 or Xbox 1, or have HUGE tiles with flashy flashing flashy advertising stuff. ANZ, which is a big bank for Australia and NZ, did this on their internet banking site they had a
small ribbon with an add which used flashed it got real annoying my household is with the bank. I complained to their support about it. A few days later they removed it and haven't ever seen this ridiculous flashing advert again. You'll likely get this kind
of annoying rrr I wana scream advertising if you visit bad or poorly maintained and verified sites, and why should you if you have Xbox Live Gold. Thankfully M is sensible at how the advertise stuff. They tend to do it neatly for a reputable company.
