This stupidity one has to endure just to hook up a game system, a Christmas present, for a child to play, is ABSOLUTLY nonsense!

Not even a "contact" number to speak to a live person is available. Now you want me to type in a credit card number so you can charge it, all in order to set up this, for the Lego game.

This is just plain stupid. To much just for a child to play a game, an not even wanting to play online.

Your Xbox one system sucks

okay my best friend just sent me his old Xbox one and from what I read that everyone else has posted is that I can't play and save my games offline cause I can't create a offline profile if that is right then how do you expect people who don't have internet
access to play games and save them and why in the **** would you guys set it up that cause I have the original Xbox elite and I am able to play and save games with out being online and I used to love the Xbox but I seriously **** hate the Xbox one and thanks
for **** us people that can't enjoy the Xbox one cause we don't or can't get internet access way to **** that up Microsoft corporation

Advanced Warfare download is ridiculous

This sucks brand new system and can't install the game. Started installation a 4 this morning and still on 1 percent. This is the last console and digital download load I will ever get. Xbox garbage

That's not an issue for supoort

Enforcement is and always has been an offline team regardless of service some don't even have an appeal process (sony)

And abusing a refund policy is a bad idea regardless of service

Reviews are always the best way to go not try before you buy

I agree with the point of him being responsible for his account at all times and abusing refunds should absolutely be enforced.

But I must say I agree that Microsoft needs to improve its support system. There need to be agents to talk to, the automated system just tends to go in circles and you can't actually get help.
