See how it says , that's not the main account at all. Your system reset my main profile for this Xbox live account. The real profile is Shad0wSt3p16

Trying to download my profile after saying can't connect to Xbox live please try downloading your profile again. Download profile and your system downloaded the wrong profile, which is the same profile your terrible system created by itself when I entered
an xbox live membership instead of just putting it on the main account that was it was intended for.

Free game?

Do you have a family member who use to/has a profile on your system but has their own system as well? If so they may have downloaded it on their system while you were online and it starts downloading for both. This is what happens in my house atleast.

xbox downloaded wrong profile !

My xbox gamertag is "" and today I used the download profile feature on my xbox. I entered my email and password, and it proceeded to download a profile named "FramedVermin6" which is not mine and as far as I can tell should not be accessable
to me. Retrying this actually downloaded my own profile, but I still have the one that does not belong to me.

It sounds like you may have created a new profile rather than log into your regular account. Be sure you are using the correct email address and password for the account when you log in. If you're still having trouble try the account recovery tool

Hey there. To the best of my knowledge (correct me if I'm wrong) profiles cannot be accessed from another console via system link. However, if these profiles are all Xbox LIVE profiles you can download your profiles to each console beforehand.

Hey mate, If you're certain there's nothing wrong with your net have you tried deleting your profile from the console (profile only), clear the system cache 3 times. Restart the console and re-download your profile. This can sometimes clear up random drops
outs etc.

Try going to System Settings > Memory > Find your Games. Check there is no corruption on either your profile or downloads on there. If you find anything wrong, screenshot it and add into this post.

It means that something went wrong with the download - it's a lot better than downloading the update, something being wrong with it, and it bricking your system.
