Your support page **** sucks

First of all, idk wtf is up with Microsoft but I never use my yahoo to begin with so wtf would you make me use it as a security email address? **** idiots.

Second, it's not allowing me to add people to my friends in game or out. Wtf. I'm about to just switch to PlayStation and kick Xbox to the curb. Fix it or lose a customer.

Tired of getting this message: There was a problem connecting to the Bingo server. If the problem persists, please check the Bingo support page at Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.

That link is useless and your support people keep telling me that it's a Windows problem. PLEASE!! They are useless too.

Can we get a response as to what the real issue is and an ETA for the resolution???

What's going on when you try to add a friend, is there an error message or anything like that? If you haven't already, try adding a friend here on Xbox.com or through the Xbox app instead of through your console.

 

No, there is no error message. It just says that it could not be done at this time, try again later.
