    Can you add Your Shape 2012 to backwards compatibility, me and my wife love this game, but we have to keep taking our daughters 360 and bringing it in our room, its just a hassle, its the best workout game I ever played, even until this day, the need to
    remake it for Xbox one, but please if its possible add to backwards compatibility.

    Dear friend. The BC program is suspended until the release of Series X. But, this is a great idea that someday might be realized. It depends not only on Microsoft but on Developers as well.

    Thanks for coming to the forums. As of now the backward compatibility is all on hold. However, the suggestions for backward compatibility have ended for good. They haven't taken requests in quite a while. The ones most responsible for the backward compatibility
    are the developers. As there is no other answer for this question, I will be locking this thread.

    Hi there!

    If you have not been able to receive achievement points with other games since May, then trying clearing your cache on your Xbox. Go to Settings - System Settings - Select Storage or Memory - Highlight any storage device, then press Y on your controller
    - Select Clear System Cache and When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes.

    If you have been able to receive achievement points from other games, then you'll need to get help from Your Shape website at http://www.yourshapecenter.us.ubi.com/
