    I am starting to wonder why we are paying for gold accounts to be restricted on using them when we want due to the xbox servers going down numerous times lately. It is beyond irritating to want to enjoy the games online and have the issues on the live servers
    crash or have issues then not be able to play during the few times a day that some have to actually use their system. I also wouldn't mind if for say every day that the xbox servers are down that players with gold accounts have that amount of time added to
    their gold accounts. For players that renew their gold monthly off credit cards then take out the payment a day later than the previous month or for those that renew their gold with 12 month cards change the expiration of their account to add however many
    days that your servers were down.

    Section 5 of that states

    So Microsoft does not need to compensate anyone for the disruptions of last night. If you experience any issues besides the occasional server outage please post in the support forums and people will be glad to help with your issues there

    PS: Playstation also has frequent server outages which are usually more severe than the ones Xbox has. You can just do a quick google or bing search for them

  3. Can't play games with gold you own when silver?

    Yes, GwG titles for the X1 are really just rentals with gold. Even though Wolf amoung us is a last gen title, it is not BC and thus considered current gen, and with all current gen titles is governed by MS and/or Devs DRM policies.

    Here's hoping they change Rentals with Gold to actually what it should be...

    Free Games with gold that regardless of server outages, whether you renew XBL Gold/Net services or no. You get to play/enjoy Games you aquired while Gold Forever.

    As for feedback pages... I don't see where posting suggestions their has ever done any good.

    Battlefield 3 problems

    This is a Major issue with battlefield 3 players. there is an option to select your region. please select the correct region you are from. as a Battlefield 3 player and a server admin in Australia, i regularly kick and ban players from distant countries.
    the Lag (compensation) that is issued to all players on the server becomes unbearable to play when all players are not local. the advantage is then handed to the generally foreign player.

    keep your GT and play servers closer to your region.

    Yep, it's as free as it is on all other platforms, where you must pay for whatever service you need to access the servers. On Xbox consoles, that means an Xbox Live Gold subscription, so that all players can contribute to the upkeep of the servers.
