Your screen is blank after you power on the console

Xbox one works fine on tv (hisense)

Brother borrows xboxone uses different tv (LG)

Bring xboxone back to my house (hisense)

Xbox screen is black

Have tried

Switching hdmi cords

Using different ports

Switching tvs

Factory restoring tv

Hard resetting xboxone

Reset your display settings.

----If there’s a disc in the Xbox One console, eject it.

----On the console, press and hold the Xbox button for five seconds to turn off the console.

----Press and hold the Xbox button and the Eject button until you hear a beep to turn on the console.

Your screen is blank after you return to home

----Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds.

----Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your Xbox One wireless controller.

The tv says “retrieving data” followed by “no signal”

To be clear the xbox is working because I can turn it off by using the controller

Do you have any other HDMI devices that display correctly?

My question is...is it the TV because it doesn't sound like its the Xbox One if it works on another TV just fine.....You can also test this by setting up the xbox one on another TV.

The internet mentions something about a firmware update for the TV.....I'm not familiar to guide or make suggestions on those topics. (Searching Hisense TV Black screen problem)

 

Here is the thing it used to work just fine then magically after 12 hours on another tv no more video. I also have my cable box hooked up which works fine.

Get a new xbox

Apparently know one from xbox knows so I returned my Xbox.

 

My xboxone say i must aktualiesieren and after was the tv black and i hold 10 second the xboxone start .And now is the tv xboxone greenshot with the 3 point and the xboxone start not only the loaded greenshot ? Please help me
