    Yeah bro. It’s just microsofts pure incompetence of a company. For me it says I don’t own Cold War, lol. Can’t even log on to Xbox live right now. Tried calling their fake customer service just to get sent around in circles on a goose chase. There is nothing you can do right now, and they aren’t going to do anything to compensate for failing to provide services that we pay for. Switching to PlayStation. Xbox is a joke

    Thanks for your answer Alexander. I have checked the junk folder and no warning mails ...... I would have been surprised if it was otherwise, because as I said I have never done or said something rude or disrespectful, hence, I do not know why I should receive a warning email.

    You may have an easy to guess/unsecure password that has been cracked and led to your account sending out a lot of messages or messages against the terms of use. I would reccomend that you change your password to something more secure, or just change your
    password even if it seems secure. Using capital letters, numbers and even symbols will help the security of your account. :)
