Hello people, I wanted to buy destiny so I used my card to try and pay for it, my card has more then enough money needed to make the payment possible. When I tried to download it on my xbox it said it couldn't authorize my payment method so I decided to
go on my pc to see if I could download it there, the only thing it seems to say is "your purchase could not be completed at this time" and it's becoming really irritating, are there any solutions to this problem?

I just got a new pc with windows 8.1 . I have downloaded Windows games and get this error every time I open either Windows Mahjong or Windows Solitaire. when I click ok, another little screen pops up and tells me to go to games and log in with the account
used to download the game, but I'm already logged in. Mahjong will let me play the game but will not save results. Solitaire wont let me play at all. I'll fiddle with the pc for awhile until, magically, it starts working properly and identifying me again.
Next day it starts all over again. I have uninstalled and reinstalled about 20 times so far to no avail. Can someone help an old man?

Is your account set to a region where you don't live? For example do you live in the UK but have your account set to the USA?

If your account region and your console IP don't match you will get the message you see on a number of Games on Demand and any extra content from developers like Treyarch and Capcom.

What kind of card is it, Credit Card or prepaid Credit Card? Some prepaid cards cannot be used on the marketplace. You could head to your nearest store and purchase a currency card to add to your account in order to purchase the game.

if the game has regional blocking tere is nothing you can do about it sorry

Like i bought the console in the U.S and came to Colombia, i have another account of xbox live with colombian stuff the game is still there, but the thing is i don't want to change it to spanish.

But if i do change it, do you think i can download it?

i need help, i want this game, i'm to lazy to fly back to the U.S and get the game and come back :l
