    Every time I try to download one of the xbox 360 games I get "Sorry. Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again." Even on the free games with gold. Ived tried both on the website and on the xbox one.

    The information has already been given in the thread.

    Most content on LIVE is under a region lock and in that case your physical region and your account region must match. If they don't then you wont be able to make the purchase.

    -

    If you live in a region that is not officially supported by LIVE then all you can do is wait and hope that it becomes available.

    Gold membership is region free if bought as a redeemable code.

    i am from kuwait , Hi to every body here. but my family live in pakistan and set region in my console india because there is no pakistan region in there list . 2nd. when i bought Gold membership it was ok and i have bought 2700 points also ok they cut
