    Sorry to hear it guys. Are you getting an 8 digit error code with that message? Have you tried adding the game via the website here instead of using the console?

    marketplace.xbox.com/.../66acd000-77fe-1000-9115-d802434d0845

    Also, please be aware that if you have your gamertag set to a different country than you actually live in or are using a VPN (Virtual Private Network) then that could be what is causing the issue as some content cannot be downloaded to regions that it was
    not originally available for.

    yes I have tried buying Dirt Showdown through xbox.com and I received the same message, but now I can't buy Dirt Showdown for free with games with gold.

    Did you follow onyx advice and fix your region or does it match your account region to you actual region,?

    Dirt is region locked of you have a mismatched region you must follow onyx advice for future contenf

    I'm having the same problem trying to fable 3 and i did it on xbox.com and it let me add the 2 small add ons and when i went to buy the game i got Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again. i know everything is set up right just dont
