I think that the complaints are going to increase with the coming months.

Sadly for me there are also no solutions and it seems like I am going to miss out on all the gold games from xbox 360 although I have a valid gold subscription on xbox one.

The support team doesn't seem to give any solutions (in my case and many here).

All we can do is hope this is going to be resolved or else not renewing our subscription .

Hey there motzaeli.

As I've mentioned earlier be sure that the region of your account is tied to your physical location. If say, you were currently located in a location such as Israel but your account was tied to a region like the United States you might run into issues like
this. To take a look into the region of your account I recommend reaching out to
Phone/Chat support.

December 16th 2015...I really couldn't wait for this day as FINELY OPERATION FLASHPOINT was free with GOLD. But my dreams was shortly shatterd when I got the same message....please guys I can't let this slip threw my fingers as all my friends have it on
xbox one and now that it's free with GOLD I can't get it. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

both my region and physical location are set perfectly.

and yes I have tried the phone support and a bunch of emails without any real answer from MS.

the last case # [mod removed] is still open and not resolved.

so please before answering do check the facts.

Hi motzaeli.

I recommend reaching out to
Phone/Chat Support once more to take a look into the region of your account, as I've mentioned cross-region accounts aren't supported and cause trouble. If you aren't physically located in the region of your account issues like this can occur, even if you're
using a VPN.

Aaah, so you're in a different region than the account or card? I'm afraid that'll do it, yeah. Here's what you could do: if your account is set to Spain and you are in Spain, you could try purchasing MSP through a retailer and make the purchase that way.
You'll just want to make sure you have your account set to the right region, or there could be other purchasing/downloading issues.

Tried a couple of different cards, same problem. I think it's my IP being in Spain, although I have a US military address associated with my card. Kind of sucks that those in the military overseas can't download due to restriction in place based on the
IP address.

Try deleting the game from your hard drive and any non essential saves (if any) and download the game again

You could also try deleting any dlc as this has caused a couple of issues in the past, the content can be reinstalled when your game is up and running by viewing your purchase history.

Finally try the old favourite of clearing you cache as below:

support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache
