    "Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again later"


    Cannot buy this game with GOLD membership.

    I constantly get: "Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again later"

    This happens now for 3 days in a row.

    Could someone please solve this issue for my account?

    Additional info: I did test on both Xbox.com and on the Console and I get exactly same information back.

    I have xbox one I did many downloads of 360 games without any issue now unable to download. Same issue all the time. I tried everything even this http://support.xbox.com/cs-CZ/xbox-360/console/clear-system-cache

    Why you guys are not able to relase a patch to xbox and fix this ? Why users need to searching and reading what is need to be done ? I'm not buying xbox and games to be a trouble shoter expert. I buy it because I want to have effortless experince during
    playing games which I pay for.

    Hey, hockeyGod! Thanks so much for your response! Even though you bought the physical disc, I did pass along this information to the investigating team. I am happy to see you are able to enjoy The Pre-Sequel, but understand your frustration around the purchase.
    If you do decide you want to purchase the digital copy, maybe on another account, you can check back here to see if it's been resolved. :)

    I'm sorry to hear you're having this problem completing your purchase through the store.

    How are you trying to make this purchase? On the console or online through the website?

    I would make sure that everything looks up to date with your payment instruments listed with your Microsoft account at
    account.microsoft.com under the

    payment options tab.

    Concerning getting in touch with the agent, which path are you taking when you are at the customer support page?

    When you get there, try going this way (from Step 1-4)

    1. My Account
    2. Error messages and codes
    3. Error Code Search (optional)
    4. Request a call from Support
    I'd check that info our and if you're still not able to, then contact support and let us know how this information was helpful.

    I am also encountering this issue in trying to purchase any game via xbox.com I haven't had a chance to try it from my console yet, but it is frustrating to be unable to purchase via the browser. I've checked all my billing and my card is able to make online
    purchases elsewhere just fine. Really hope that there is a fix coming for this issue.

    Hey there, hockeyGod! Sorry to see that you were unable to purchase The Pre-Sequel. I'm getting reports that this is resolved now. Please try to purchase it again for me. If you are unable to purchase it on the site still, please try to make the purchase
    on the console and see if that works. If you receive any error codes there, make note of them. If you are still unable to purchase on either platforms, please post up a new thread so that we can get you the individual support that works best here on the forums.
    Please be sure to post up what you're running into, any error codes you received, and troubleshooting you've completed. :)
