    hi all,

    Trying to play two player on black ops 2, second player keeps getting the following message when trying to log in.

    "Your profile was not completely downloaded. Please download it again from Xbox live"

    Thank you for responding. No, no error code. Its just a screen that pops up.

    the top section of the screen is a grey banner with a red circle and a white x in it, then my sons tagname. Then there is a large central white section which has the message in it. Then there is a green banner at the bottom with OK in it. Then there are
    two options below a green circle with A Select and a red circle with B Back.
