    Hi everyone I really hope you can help me as this issue is quite annoying.

    It is a few months I got an Xbox for the first time in my life, I created the account with an Hotmail address and then I accessed the Microsoft community forum probably 2 or 3 times....never posted inappropriate questions or used inappropriate language, neither argued with anyone or being disrespectful.

    A few days ago I popped in the forum to ask a few questions about Black Friday deals and on the screen all I could see was "Your profile has been blocked" ..... I have no problems with my account, this happens only when I try to access Microsoft community.

    I spent a whole day yesterday contacting back and forward Microsoft live assistants and all I could do it was to fill a form "request for an appeal on the suspension of your Microsoft Account" but I am pretty sure this is not the right form as there is nothing wrong with my account, it works on my PC and it works on my Xbox, apparently it is only the profile related to this account that has been blocked.

    I have not received any update and at the moment I am using another Microsoft account to write on this forum, but I would really like to understand what is going on as I really have not done anything to be blocked and I am concerned that my account could have been hacked.

    Check you junk folder, you may miss the warining mails from Microsoft.

    Thanks for your answer Alexander. I have checked the junk folder and no warning mails ...... I would have been surprised if it was otherwise, because as I said I have never done or said something rude or disrespectful, hence, I do not know why I should receive a warning email.

    I would reach out to Amazon support. Only the Standard Forza Horizon 4 is included in Game Pass Ultimate, so maybe they should have supplied you with a FH4 Ultimate Game Code as well. I guess you only received the Game Pass Code ?

    The original question was about getting access to Forza Horizon 4 Ultimate with Game Pass Ultimate that I purchased from Amazon UK, I provided a screenshot that clearly showed the Product on Amazon UK, and then provided a link to the product on Amazon
