    It says your profile does not have permissions to access Xbox live

    it's says "your profile does not have the correct permissions to access Xbox live functionality

    Problem fixed... Just downloaded my profile again and it works

    Glad you were able to fix this issue by your own!

    In the future if issues of the sort occur keep in mind that deleting your profile, clearing the console cache and downloading the profile again solves troubles with impending files.

    Have checked all settings and it seems OK.
