    Hi, my son is unable to play Plants vs Zombies and we keep getting a message “your profile does not have the correct permission to access Xbox live functionality” I just purchased Xbox live gold but am still not able to play. I might have also purchased
    the same subscription for 1 month twice.

    Hey there, let's try refreshing the profile on the console by
    removing it then adding     it back to the console. Once this is done have them try to play the game again and if you are still unable to access the subscription please reach out to our
    chat/phone teams so they can take a closer look into the account and subscription with you.

    Have checked all settings and it seems OK.
