    Trying to play online, but get this error message.

    Xbox profile was set up to custom. I changed it to "Teenage", but still get the same error, when

    In Fifa 17

    online season

    play

    and continue...

    Do we need to buy some card, or is it just the profile that has an error?

    Any ideas are welcome..

    Let's try a full power cycle of your Xbox One to see if that helps clear up the permission troubles. Start out by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds until it's fully powered off, then start it back up. Let us know if there's any change.
