    Hi

    yesterday I bought New xbox one with new GTA 5 and 25$ gift card

    I came home and entered my microsoft account I added my phone number to the account

    I redeemed my gold sub. But on GTA 5 it says "Your profile does not have permission to access gta online"

    I tried to enter my account's privacy setting It says this

    I tried to cancel my gold .. it says that it is not possible and the same message up appears

    WHAT SHOULD I DO?? ..... I AM FREAKING OUT

    That error message usually means that it is trying to send you a code to either the email address on file or via text and can't for whatever reason.

    Your best bet would be to contact Xbox Support at support.xbox.com
