    I get this message when I try to play GTA Online. When I check my subscriptions on Microsoft's site there is written that I have free Gold membership. But when I check subscriptions through Xbox 360 - status: Silver membership. Dunno what's going on

    Problem is solved. I just had to change my region.

    Hi king mustfa12,

    That error message usually means that it is trying to send you a code to either the email address on file or via text and can't for whatever reason.

    Your best bet would be to contact Xbox Support at support.xbox.com
