    Hello,

    It's about 2 days that I can't access to the online in all my games, I would like to know the reason.

    I haven't modified the privacy settings and I have already reinstalled the game but without success, the problem is still there.

    Sorry to hear about the account issue.

    Could you please try
    removing your profile     from your Xbox One console and
    re-downloading it    ?

    Please let us know if this made any difference =)

    Let's check something first before we continue to something more complicated.

    Could you try the following:

    1. Go to the Xbox Home.
    2. Press the Menu button on your controller
    3. Select Settings > Subscriptions
    Could you please tell me what it says there?

    It looks like the issue might be a little more complicated. I suggest contacting Xbox Phone Support as they will be able to look into your account to spot and resolve any issues.

    I just bought gta v for xbox one and it says my account doesnt have the correct permissions to access gta online I have had xbox live for over two years and or doesn't work any suggestions to fix this

    That error message usually means that it is trying to send you a code to either the email address on file or via text and can't for whatever reason.

    Your best bet would be to contact Xbox Support at support.xbox.com
