    This message keeps coming up whenever I attempt to play online, the same thing is happening whenever I attempt to play a game on FUT, I read that it might be down to not having gold but I was sure I did so I tried to use one of my 2-day trial codes but it
    came up ' you already have gold'

    That error message usually means that it is trying to send you a code to either the email address on file or via text and can't for whatever reason.

    Your best bet would be to contact Xbox Support at support.xbox.com
