    Hi mates, I am having problems to play online some games that I bought. I changed my console tag then my profiles does not match now. Finally I bought my latest tag again that shown in game panel nickname and user id same now but still not working, I just
    buy the xbox one s and those are so hatrated... anyways so please help what should I do I have xbox live gold too... if a microsoft support reads it my id is ; now ty so much for now waiting response.

    Let's try a full power cycle of your Xbox One to see if that helps clear up the permission troubles. Start out by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds until it's fully powered off, then start it back up. Let us know if there's any change.
