Discus and support Your pins are not available? in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; All day to day i can't use my pins on xbox one they are not showing up just a black box.     All day to day i can't use my pins on xbox one they are not showing up just a black box. Just says will be back soon. Anyone else having this problem??

    Pins are on the left, not the right, and are on the Pins screen, not the Home screen. Your pins are not available? ;)

    Otherwise, I think your idea is pretty sound. Please post about it in the link provided by Akame ga Kill above. Your pins are not available? :)

    The furthest right column from top to bottom is achievements, YouTube and Twitch. To the left of that are all my games.

    Your pins are not available?

    Had the same.. hard shut down (hold power button 8 second)... pull power supply from back AND unplug it from wall.. wait 5 min (ish).. put all back together and turn on. Mine came back no problem after that. Good luck!!

    One day my pins and the store was gone.. I turned it off normally and when I turned it back on they were there.

    Logging into Minecraft on a new device issue

    Hi Jean,

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I understand that you're having issues logging in to a different computer and you're being asked for a PIN.

    If the option I forgot my PIN is available, select it and follow the instructions to reset your PIN. If there are multiple accounts on the device, choose the one you need to reset. This option is only available for Microsoft accounts, not for local accounts

    If the option I forgot my PIN​​​​​​​ is not available, you must sign in with your password and then reset the PIN from the Settings app. Select Sign-in options and then select Enter your password

    You can also use the Settings app to change your PIN.

    In the Settings app on your Windows device, select Accounts > Sign-in options or

    Select PIN (Windows Hello) > Change PIN and then follow the instructions. You must enter your old PIN in order to change to a new one

    If you forgot your PIN, select I forgot my PIN and follow the directions to verify your account and create a new one

    • Are you participating in the Program Program?
    • What is your full console OS version?
    You can find your console OS version by following the steps listed in our Xbox One operating system versions and system updates page.

    Also, just to be sure that are covering all troubleshooting steps, I recommend going through the steps listed in our Xbox One Connection Solution page to see if you run

    Pins Not Available

    I tried clearing the alt. MAC address over the weekend, and it didn't initially work. However, since yesterday my Pins have returned! Not sure what finally made it sync, but its been 24 hrs and they're loading up as expected. I can only hope they stay where
    they belong for now :)
