    Your parent's Microsoft account isn't valid.


    So the full error is "Your parent's Microsoft isn't valid. Your parent needs to choose a different account to manage you xbox progile" But when I added a new account it gave me an error saying that xbox sign up is not available this has only been going on
    science the 19th and the 18th it worked fine, I have reinstalled the latest update, cleared my cache, and even re downloaded the profile. I am a child on two accounts and can sign in fine with all my other accounts on the xbox 360 any advice?

    so I go to play my Black ops 2 game on my Xbox One when it doesn't sign me onto my Xbox live like usual. I go to sign in manually and it says that my parent's Microsoft account isn't valid and that they should choose a different account to manage mine. It
    still gives me the option to play offline but I have no clue why it won't let me use my Xbox Live. It's not happening anywhere else on my Xbox as far as I'm aware.

    Any suggestions?

    Hey Wack Jeeks! Child accounts need parent's permission for certain games and features. Have your parent try the steps here and

    Your parent's Microsoft account isn't valid.

    If you are a minor you cant set up the parents account. Please have your parents try the steps at the link below to re-add their account as your parental one.

    support.xbox.com/.../cant-complete-parental-consent-for-child-account

    If that doesn't work then they will need to contact phone support for more assistance in trying to re-add your account. 1-800-469-9269 for USA and Canada.

    Talked to xbox support on the phone and just needed to create a fully new account on Microsoft then sign in on xbox.com after that just change change the parent account when it gives the sign in error.

    Here's the exact message, "Your parent's Microsoft account isn't valid. Your parent needs to choose a different account to manage your Xbox profile." It gives me 2 options, "Change Parent Microsoft Account" or "Play offline".
