hi! It’s only happening on my iOS devices, not on the console. I can check emails by logging onto the website without issue. I’ve updated the security info just and tried to re-add the email address to my phone and it’s still the same error message. For
info, the console isn’t on at the moment.

Are you by chance located in the UK?

No. He is not being "prude." He is being a responsible father. I for one am unhappy about a porn app being plastered on the available apps screen where everyone can access it even if the parental controls are on. At the least, Microsoft can at least give
parents / morally upright folks the choice to block it.

Microsoft, please change this!

One of the thing the instructions for Blocking inappropriate apps and games does not cover very well is how to block the game or app. Follow the instructions above to enable the this feature then to accually block the game for his account perform the following
steps:

Select Activities in the top menu:

Expand Apps and Games:

If you don't see the game or app you want to block change the "View Activiy From" time line to show the game he played during that time period.

Next to the game you want to block - Select "Block"

he will no longer be able to play this game without accessing your parent account and removing the block
