    [/td][/tr][/table]I received this email one day after my purchase of two xbox controllers were shipped. I followed what the mail said and to contact support, it tells me all employees are working from home and gives me a link. I followed the link and it lead me literally no where that could help with this issue. I started a refund for the products, but the refund total was without the shipping charge for 1-2 day shipping. So not only do I not get my products, I lose out on shipping as well. How can I remedy this when I followed all the steps provided for me? I just want my product.

    At least you have confirmation that the package was lost in transit, as the item will be insured by whichever delivery service was responsible for delivering your controller. I would contact the Microsoft customer support team directly and explain the
    situation, as well as the delivery company (if you haven't already) to inform them how much the package was worth

    If it's a package lost from a warranty claim, you can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you don't see those options, change the category/topic until you do.

    If it's a console you just purchased that got lost, you'll want to contact Microsoft Store support.
