    Every time I try to cash in my points it says "your order had been rejected due to risk" then closes the app.

    Microsoft rewards points not working

    I keep getting this error, when i try to redeem a microsft gift card online.. i have enough points.. i have sent in at least 3 tickets ect its going on 2 weeks and i still cant redeem my points for microsft gift card ...

    Error :Your order has been rejected due to Risk please contact support.

    Xbox Live Gold Subscription Issue

    If this hasn't been resolved yet, simply go into the billing, manage payment options, click to edit the card, then save it. This will cause the card to get reverified in order for them to allow it for payment. The reason it was declined was they tried charging you $21 for something, but when it was received multiple times as declined/rejected due to funds, the payment method was locked and declined until it can be reverified.

    Hi, myghtymo104. You may want to check with Support as this can be attributed to a risk rejected card. This can be due to multiple failed transaction by not getting authorization from the bank. If you are able to use the same card prior, then it is a must
    to contact support so that they can check on your account if there are billing issues.

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are trying to purchase games. With the screenshot your card is in risk rejection. We recommend to wait around 48 hours to see if it clears. This can happen if you try to make a purchase over and over
    and it keeps failing. The other one is Contact Us,to see why the card is risk rejected. But know that the support are swamped and there
    is very high volume.
