    network settings blocking party chat: I had this problem and know matter what settings I tried nothing happened but I figured the best thing to do is move all game saves to USB storage and go to settings and reset console choose the option to keep games
    and apps to save you missing game time downloading them it will remove your profile just re-download when give the option and you will be good to go hope this helps oO W1lliam Oo

    I'm having same problem have been for about a week now, my Nat is open and tried resetting Xbox and router but no luck, how long is this going to go on for?

    Xbox app - Microsoft games cannot be started - login problem.

    any of you tried restarting your router / modem or restarting the iphelper service in services.msc apparantly 0x89231806 might be related to a networking issue see ****knowledge/fixed-network-settings-blocking-party-chat-xbox-one-error/
