    What are u doing on? Your network is good, but there are some xbox service issues. I try to fix back my account & password gamestage here already... I have other xbox 360 gb still work on. Please fix it xbox one u can look at here.

    Hi,

    I think this is something you would need to discuss with the owner of the wifi network as it isn't within your control. You should ensure that all of the Xbox live ports are open/forwarded on the wireless network

    I Can't Log in my Xbox Live account on the Xbox 360.

    Please test the xbox live network connection test. If it is not connecting to xbox live then go to your network that you are connected to, Go To Configure network, Additional settings , Restore to factory Defaults.

    Then retry connecting to your network by putting the pass and then you should be good to go.

    Thanks for trying that. We have steps for you to try if your Xbox One console

    cannot see your wireless network     .

    If you are then able to see your wireless network but unable to connect to Xbox Live, please try running through the steps in our Xbox Live connection troubleshooting
