"Your network is good, but Xbox Live isn't"

I've been unable to test my network or multiplayer connection since I first set up my xbox one on Sunday (4 evenings ago). I have "moderate" NAT type, which was what I always had with xbox 360 despite having a UPnP enabled on my router. They say it's their
fault, but my past experience with xbox live was better, meaning they didn't let outages stretch for days at a time for the most part. so I'm a bit suspicious that even though the xbox says it's a Live issue, perhaps my network is still not working properly.
I'd like some confirmation that things are okay. I also plan to have my xbox 360 in use, and I hope that that won't cause UPnP or port forwarding conflicts. a first step would be a functional network test though.

nat is open i cannot get into online games and it says my connection is good but xbox live isn't. is this on my end because the service alert says that destiny is having issues not every title i own.

If you are continuing to experience the "Your network is good, but Xbox Live isn't" message, please try the following steps:

• From the Home screen, press both right and left triggers while also pressing the Y button.
  
• After releasing the buttons above, press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
  
• Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
• Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your console.
• Power on your console and press the Menu button.
• Select Settings and then select Network.
• Under Troubleshooting, select Test Network Connection.
• Check to see if you are continuing to see the error message.

I ahaving same issue. It stated yesterday 11/11/14 n still is not resolves

How do I get this fixed?

I've been getting the same error as well... started about a week ago from what I've noticed. Very annoying getting disconnected from parties and multiplayer every 20 minutes... I've tried the power cycle, restarting router, even removing wifi from my xb1
and still the same result every time... what gives? NHL15 has become unplayable online because I get disconnected in the middle of every game due to that happening (separate issue from EA servers i assume given the error about xbl not being good).

 

I believed it related the aluzse server problumes lately. So it not just XB1. But PC services that used that server.

 

Ever since LIVE went Live, I've
never had this sort of connectivity issue. And the real kick of it is, it basically turns your Xbox ONE into a power sucking brick.
You can't even get it to load settings, it times out. Current maint is affecting only GTA and some other game? Nope, it's taken down Destiney, Hulu, Netflix, SETUP - machine is all but useless.

12 year member, second wave LIVE beta tester - Unless things change a lot in the near future,
this will be my last Xbox.

It's not a Next Generation Console, so far it's been a Bill of Goods...

 

I have been trying to play the new Monopoly game on Xbox one online but it keeps saying i lost Xbox Live connectivity and try again later but when i check the settings i am connected. This is getting very annoying. I bought the game to play online, not with
AI. We should get a few free months for this.

 

Annihilator1979, about the last time Xbox "gave" customers compensation for interruption was inside the first two years the LIVE service was started. After that, their pants were large enough that mere token and vague acknowledgement were lavish
extravagance showered upon the undeserving and irksome - how to voice it, so loathsome -
customer.

My advice is to not hold your breath in anticipation for jack-diddly, unless brain-death through oxygen deprivation is your thing.

Note, every single night this week so far some part of Live has been down. Supposedly ONLY specific and limited parts were affected, yet feedback and my personal experience is not only was Live unusable, but rendered any game or apps I used unserviceable and
I lost hours of gameplay and hard earned rare and valuable in-game items that can't be replaced because of service interruptions. Do they care? Maybe. Will they do anything? Expect a sprinkle of letters that will form a short front of words, possible we might
even see a paragraph or two, but no significant reciprocation is expected.
