    I've tried everything suggested in this thread and I filled out the survey that was sent in my inbox. Hopefully that will help get things fixed. I've done everything and no luck for me!

    If you are continuing to experience the "Your network is good, but Xbox Live isn't" message, please try the following steps:

    • From the Home screen, press both right and left triggers while also pressing the Y button.
    • After releasing the buttons above, press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
    • Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
    • Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your console.
    • Power on your console and press the Menu button.
    • Select Settings and then select Network.
    • Under Troubleshooting, select Test Network Connection.
    • Check to see if you are continuing to see the error message.
    Give the steps above a try and let us know if you are receiving the same message. Thanks!

    I actually fixed this by REMOVING my XB1 from the DMZ (and hence going from Open NAT to Strict NAT).

    None of the suggestions from Mister Quimby helped me at all, it would be good if you tried to offer some proper help rather than posting the same message repeatedly when people are telling you it doesn't work.

    I am having the exact same issue. I have tried all the trouble shooting steps you have suggested and none of them have solved the problem. i have lost saved game data for one of my games that i have over 1000 hours invested to since encountering this issue.
    please help!

  9. nat is open i cannot get into online games and it says my connection is good but xbox live isn't. is this on my end because the service alert says that destiny is having issues not every title i own.

    I am having this same problem. I was able to log into Xbox live at first and play Destiny but then it would randomly start kicking me from the servers. But when I went to the dashboarrd I could access most other Xbox live features. Until today now I'm getting
