    Mine has been doing the same thing now for 2 1/2 days. Every time I cut it on its trying to install the BF4 update and stops and then goes to home. I have did all the steps listed and even talked to support and they are saying they are well aware of the
    problem and seems like they are doing nothing about it.

    I just bought the COD system the night it launched and gave my nephew my day one console, and it took forever for the game to load since it was a digital copy and not the hard copy included with the system. Now once I got it all straight this happens.

    Went a couple of days ago to get the BF4 patch and now I'm dead in the water...it gets to 8% and stops and goes back to home........I'm so tired of this ...I should have known better then to even of bought a new one again and just went with the other system!
    I do know one thing now that I have been through it.....I will NEVER order another digital copy of anything.

  2. Same issue for me. Your network is good, but xbox live is not. Started happening since yesterday. Just bought COD and have not been able to play. This really sucks for a paid service. The only reason I am stuck with this stupid console is Titanfall. All
    of my friends warned me. I guess I deserve it for not listening to them. Hopefully TF2 will launch on PS4 so that I can end this nightmare

  3. I am having this same problem. I was able to log into Xbox live at first and play Destiny but then it would randomly start kicking me from the servers. But when I went to the dashboarrd I could access most other Xbox live features. Until today now I'm getting
    the message "your network is good, Xbox live isn't" when I test connection this is really starting to bum me out..

    The lack of response from MS team is shocking. So many reports but no acknowledgement from MS or suggestion on how to fix/workaround this issue.

  6. Same here for 2 days...fully functional router, port forwarded, open NAT, blah blah blah....I feel like I have been run in circles while the ONE team scratches their heads. Its no surprise that this crash happened as soon as Halo MCE drops....probably broke
    all their servers!...lulz. We (xbox users) were well over due for a gamers slap in the face, things have been going too good for too long lmao!

    Why is there no responses from support? What in the world has happened with microsoft? These xb1 xbl status issues have been ongoing for awhile now.

    I was getting that same message for two days. When I finally spoke with the support team we were able to get it sorted out and fixed...try following the steps I listed earlier in the thread. Hopefully you will have the same luck, we ended up resetting the
    router completely then went into the router settings i.e. 192.168.1.1 or whatever your router would be and re-secured it, changed the dmz to reflect the xbox ip address(if you don't have dmz it would be port forwarding) and firewall settings.

  11. I noticed that I started having this same problem as of Saturday night. It hasn't gone away yet, and I would think that a lot of the problems I'm having with matchmaking on the MCC is because of this (can't find other players at all).

    • First, check out our Service Status page to see if there are any service alerts that may be the cause of the connection issue.
    • If there are no service alerts, start by removing your profile from your Xbox One console.
    • Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
    • Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
    • Unplug the power cord from your router, modem or gateway.
    • Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your console, router, modem or gateway.
    • Power on your console and add your profile to your Xbox One console.
    • Check to see if you are experiencing the same error message.

    Make sure your dns settings are not changed. Just put it on automatic. That's what fixed the problem for me.
