    I was playing FIFA (online) all morning.

    Suddenly, at noon, I got this error when trying to launch Fifa:

    "We couldnt get your latest saved data"

    So, I went to connection configurations and then runned the connection test. This is the message I have:

    "Your network is good, but there are some Xbox service issues"

    When I check xbox live status on the web, everything is normal.

    Looks like I cant connect to Xbox Live anymore. Cant figure out whats wrong.

    Cant even find information about this error on xbox support pages.

    This is very frustrating :/

    so I was playing pubg last night and as soon as I turn the game off it said your network is good but we're having some issues on our end you had to got up I come to turned it on this morning it's giving me the same thing I've read
    a couple forms on this power cycled my modem power cycled my Xbox I have removed and re-entered my login and cleared the cache a on my Xbox so if anybody could help me that would be great PS my Xbox Live does not run out for 4 or 5 months so and my Xbox is
    also up to date on the latest update let's get some help people

    I am having this issue daily! Extremely frustrating. Kicks me off games, wont load my apps like VUDU! What is this?! Some times it will work for 30 min to an hour then randomly kick me. Im not able to enjoy gaming. Whats extra frustrating is I just bought
    this xbox (my 3rd) and its acting up. Huge xbox fan, but lately with this bug it makes me wonder if I should go to Playstation (yukkk) like my fiance wants. PLEASE fix this!! I want to game and enjoy my xbox. Dont want to switch consoles!

    Hey pven,

    If you do the following, is there any change in your situation?



    - Press and hold the white Xbox Button on the Console itself until it shuts off completely,

    - Unplug the power chord from the Console and Power brick for around 2 minutes

    - Replug

    - Unplug your Router for around 30 Seconds from Power, replug

    - Restart your Xbox and try again if your able to connect and access the online Multiplayer.
