    Hey guys please help me I have tried everything! I keep getting this issue when I sign in, I can't connect to xbox lI've, meanwhile it's showing me who's online on my friends lists, it's not my internet because I am on my wifi right now and have done multiple
    testing, been going on for about 2 weeks,

    and I get no error code to google either...... Please help!

    Xbox issues

    I have just tried to get onto Netflix and it is saying that we are sorry there is a problem on our side. To see which services are affected check the current status in settings network or go to Xbox.com/status. Also your network is good but there are some
    Xbox service issues. This is what is always says.

    Sorry there is a problem on our side. To see which services are affected, check the current service status in settings> network or go to xbox.com/status

    Thats the message it shows after testing my connection since yesterday

    Have you tried signing out of your profile and signing back in? Try that and let us know. Good Luck!

    I often have the same problem. Signing out does not work.

    I usually have the problem after there was a power outage. There is nothing I can do, except leave the xbox on for a few days and then it will work again.

    I have tried everything my friends...... Signing out, hard reset, sign back in worked once befor today, played for a few hours turned the xbox off, now it's happening again and nothing will work, xbox suport didn't know how to fix it either as they had to
    report it Your network is good, but there are problems on our side :( sucks so bad all I wana do is co-op masterchief collection with my buddy!

    To solve the issue you are experiencing I suggest you to remove the account from your console, clear the console cache and download your account again. Follow the step by step instructions:

    a)To remove the account from xbox live console:

    Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.

    Select Settings.

    Select All Settings.

    Under "Account," select Remove accounts.

    Select the account that you want to remove.

    Select Remove to confirm.

    When you're finished, select Close.

    b) To clear cache on an Xbox One:

    Press and hold the power button on the front of the console until it powers down completely.

    Unplug the power cable from the back of the console so that the power brick in not connected to the console.

    Press the power button on the console three or four times. This will ensure that any remaining power in the battery is drained, clearing the cache on the console.

    Plug the power cable back into the console.

    Wait for the light on the power brick to change from white to orange.

    Turn on the console using the power button.

    c)To download your Xbox profile to the Xbox One console:

    1. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.

    2. Scroll down, and then select Add & manage.

    3. Select Add new.

    4. Enter the email address for the Microsoft account that's associated with your Xbox profile, and then select Enter.

    5. Enter the password for your Microsoft account, and then select Enter.

    6. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.

    7. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences and download your Xbox profile to your Xbox One console.

    Same problem as above. BUT once i followed the steps to re add the account it tells me. "Try again later. There was a problem 0x80a40019"

    Been messing about with this all day.

    Help. Not even had one game yet.

    Ok turned the console off. Disconnected power. Left off for hour. Re started and same. Im connected to internet but cant even get to input my log in details. Just says there is a problem with a code the the web site does not recognise.

    Come on microsoft why so hard?
