"Your network is behind a port-preserving port-symmetric NAT" How to fix?

Hey guys.

How do I fix this? Because of this error I'm getting really slow speeds when downloading on my Xbox. I'm using a wired connection.

I have opened up my ports which you can see in the screenshots below and I have contacted support on xbox.com and I have contacted Telstra about it and none of them have helped me fix this issue.

I get close to 100MB download speed if I connect my wired cord into my laptop but if the cord is connected to my Xbox One I'm getting around 1-5MB download speed and it's not doing good for online. My connection also comes up as strict which I don't understand
when I have opened up the xbox one ports.

Please someone tell me how to fix this. I'm based in Australia and my ISP is Telstra. I'm on the NBN.

Hey there, P0W3RFUL JAKE!

I'm sorry to see any network issues! Looking at your set up you've provided, it should be going good. My one question would be if the console still has that IP address set? Going between wired and wireless might change that IP address if you do not have
it set up for both the Wireless and Wired MAC addresses reserved to that IP address.

If you head into the Advanced settings under Network Settings, you will see what the IP address currently is. If it's different, you'll want to do DHCP reservation for both MAC Addresses so that you can ensure you will always have those ports diverted to
the console. Telstra might be able to help you out with that.

If not, post back with your network device's manufacturer and model number. I can do my best to help out.

Also forgot to post that it is saying : Your network is behind a port preserving port symmetric NAT on the detailed NAT information on the Xbox.

Update, no settings have changed.

Have strict nat again, detailed nat is "your network is behind a port preserving port symmetric nat.
