'Your Microsoft Account is Locked' 0x80a40014

Attempting to log onto my account on the Xbox One I am unable to do so as I keep getting the message 'Your Account is Locked' It asks me to check my account via. account.live.com but I see nothing there to do with this problem. I can still log onto my 360
fine. All I have done is recently changed my password and this message came up after I had input it. Any help?

I Made a different account and I forgot the password for it and now it just says Your Microsoft account and is locked

 

It sounds as if the system believes there has been an unauthorized access. Pretty sure you will need to contact phone support to get this worked out. The number is 800-4MY-XBOX for the US and Canada.

 

Try deleting your profile from the console, power cycling the console(hold power button for 10-15 seconds on actual console until shutdown), and then redownload the profile back to the system. Have helped several friends do this and it seems to be working
fine.
