Your membership is suspended until you pay for it... I paid!

When trying to log in to my xbox360 console, I get an error message that says, "Your membership is suspended until you pay for it. You'll need to do this on another device.

On a PC or mobile device, go to: https://account.microsoft.com/pay now and fix how you pay for this membership."

I've paid yesterday for a full year and according to the Microsoft website my account should be up and gold. I've also paid to change my gamertag and that order went through as well. My gamertag was TG Vulture- that is what is displayed in the error message-
even though I paid to change my name to .

Please do not refer me to contact the phone team through chat or calls as my phones browser doesn't seem to work. That's why I'm reaching out here. Thank you.

Account suspended due to billing issue?

My account has been suspended. It says "Your membership is suspended due to a problem with your payment option. To continue your membership, edit the payment option". My account is paid up until 7/2012. What gives?

live ran out 25/3/2013 but im still on gold

It will happen eventually and what you may find happen is your account will get suspended for payment until you pay for the time extra you have used and not paid for

Unfortunately for billing issues, you will have to contact support directly in order to speak to the billing department. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada.

Im afraid with this one we will HAVE to refer you to the phone team as no one in the forums can deal with billing issues as we are just gamers such as yourself and not microsoft workers.

If your in the US you can call 800-469-9269 and ask for billing

if you have an outstanding payment due on your account you won't be able to use it until the payment has been paid.

You need to Change your Payment plan for your Xbox LIVE Membership

please note though if you do owe them money and the account is suspended, you will need to pay what is owed before they resume your full services.
