    I have set up a profile for my child and configured all the settings re age Etc. (13)

    Whenever he logs in using his own profile he gets the error message:

    your gamer profile does not have the correct permission to access xbox live functionality
    We have a live Gold account that does not expire until June?

    If we log in using my details he can play the game but then we lose Screen Time control.

    Any assistance would be appreciated.

    Must say that Microsoft have done a bad job of the security and safety settings in my view they are all over the place.
