Your "Do's and Dont's" for Titanfall 2

I didn't buy this game because it didn't have a decent singleplayer mode. I hate mp only games because once the community is dead or the server gets shut down, you game is rendered useless.

Yeah I ended up buying one. Is there any do's or dont's about setting it up that I should know about? I'd rather find out now than after the fact.

I agree with Diesel. I did not buy this game because it was exclusively MP. If they made a good single player campaign, I would definitely be interested in seeing that.

 

I definitely agree with having a single-player campaign. Or a campaign like Halo where you can have up to four players in a mission. That would be fun.

 

Bon I do better I auto titan my titan. But I think Sword will not be a fool to fall on that planned. He would tried killed me first before I trun on auto titan on.

 

Just wanted to +1 to putting a single player campaign in there. I'd consider buying it then.

 

I think a single player camp is a given it will happen. Secondly, I see a lot of people upset about being MP only, but think about it, this game has such a good following ( enough to warrant a sequel ) that the servers will be up for quite a while. Not only
that but eventually this game will fade into your library like so many others. Would you really care if they shut off the servers 6 or 7 years from now when you have stopped playing??

 

Ditch the Titans

Add killstreaks

Add 6 hr SP campaign

Zombies

Make it TPS

Destructible environments

Add Ninja Turtles

Add half naked chicks

 

Putting single player in this franchise would be a frivolous waste of resources, in my opinion. Resources that would be better spent making the multiplayer the best it can be. Not every game is for everyone. If you didn't buy this game because of the lack
of SP, you fit right in with the people who didn't buy Fallout because of the lack of MP. Developers need to stick to their guns and do what they do best. Instead of trying to cater to everyone who wants everything.

Wilko, you're confused. Even if they add a single player campaign to Titanfall, that still wouldn't make it a JRPG.

The game looks cool. If there weren't a few games coming out in May I might cave-in and buy it.

 

@brandi its actually a pretty fun MP shooter. It has provided so many "Xbox Record That" moments, I lost track of them during the beta. Play with a few friends and you'll have some fun.
