    I went onto the Xbox Live Rewards Portal and I saw there was an alert that read.

    "Your deposits aren’t going through! Please ensure the billing information listed in your Microsoft Commerce account is correct by clicking the button below. If it is, please create a post in our support forum

    here
    ."

    I checked my billing account and I saw that I have a personal, business 1, and business 2 accounts and all of them have correct billing information for me.

    I am located in the US and I have two credit cards and a PayPal account set up as well.

    Hello Phase Shadow,

    I can confirm that your account now has matching regions, which should allow your account to complete the next scheduled deposit successfully. The next deposit should occur sometime around the end of the month.

    My old post few days back: Your deposits aren’t going through! Please ensure the billing information listed in your Microsoft Commerce account is correct by clicking the button below. How do i fix this issue. Please provide a fix.

    Reply from the team: We cannot complete a deposit of CAD from your Canadian registered Rewards Account, since your Microsoft Account is set to the US region and will only accept that regions currency (USD). This means that in order to resolve this issue,
    you have two options. You need to either adjust your Microsoft Account to match your Rewards Account, or create a new Rewards Account to match your new Microsoft Account region. 1) You can adjust your Microsoft Account region to match your Rewards region
    from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com). This will cause your regions to match and allow your currency to be deposited.

    ****I did region migration to Canada and want to know if this will fix the issue as now it shows I am in Canada. I can't request a deposit to find if it go through so could you guy please verify if everything is correct.

    Hey Max. Unfortunately, your deposit issue is a known issue and the Payment Operations team is working on a solution. Until it is resolved, we'll continue to attempt deposits to your account. Apologies for the inconveniences.
