Your Xbox Requires Customer Service

My ORIGINAL Xbox is stating "Your Xbox Requires Service. Please call xbox costumer support.". I called and they could not help me, told me to post here. My Xbox went unused for years. Just now pulling it out of storage to use it again with my children.

Customer service terrible

Yes, their service is Horrible! Like Ashielle Said, I don't mind waiting as long as they tell me something. They just told me to wait and that they would let me know when they have a replacement. That could take forever, I dont know! I got a message from
the advocacy team and everyone said they had the power to do things but all they want me to do is wait. I grow impatient like that. its ridiculous!

You can always skip that and goto device.Microsoft.com and request a repair assuming you are within the 2 year warranty otherwise it's going to cost you

I just got of the phone with a service rep and it wasnt worth the effort, first one hung up on me and the second told me to buy something else not related to my phone call. They are out there though. Good luck and Good gaming
