I saw that Xbox Rewards is available in my region, Hungary, so I tried to open the app and it says:

"Oops, looks like something went wrong

Your current market is not supported."

I don't know what to do, so I hope someone can help me about it.

If you mean the app on the console, that's not supported in the new regions yet. Rewards through the Reward site are available.

If that’s the case you may need to submit a ticket to Microsoft Rewards Team.

I have opened a case for almost a month, the support leaves a lot to be desired since they hardly respond in weeks.

Could it be that the console is defective?

Make sure that your region is supported, JoséF. Even if you set your console location on a supported market it will detect your physical location.
