your console is connected to the internet but can't contact xbox

hello all .

i get this error when i try to connect from a xbox 360

i was try on a few routers, even on ethernet cable and same error.

Strage thing i have a tenda old router and when i connect trought that it's working

Beyond that I might suggest getting in contact with your ISP to see if there's an issue with the modem or internet connection

Hello liviuCP, glad to hear your console is working with the older router. We're still not sure what's happening as Xbox hasn't made any statements regarding the issue yet. However, if you want to try connecting again using your previous method see if you can go into your Network Settings on the console and change your port to anything but 3074 and let me know if that works

i was connect on router 1 trought ethernet

i was forward ports 88 and 3074 tcp and udp

it was no traffic

on that router 2 there is no port forward
