Your Console is Banned

Dear Sir / Madam

My name is Tuan Anh, i'm Vietnamese. Sorry, my English not good. My console is banned, i don't know why, because i bought Xbox One about over 1 month and my Xbox is SECOND HAND, i don't know what did the old owner? He or She hacked or Cheated, i don't know
because i'm newbie, i don't khow how to hack or cheat, i just know play games and live on Xbox, i'm a victim because i bought Xbox Second Hand. I had two chooses are Xbox One or PS4 and i choosed Xbox One, because i really love Xbox so much, i want to play
games on Xbox. When i bought, the byer said: it had not problem and he gave me some games on my Xbox, i trusted him, and now my Xbox is banned i don't know why. I never ever hack or cheat because i ready pay for games and Xbox Live, i just want to play games
and relax on Xbox One, WHY DON'T GIVE ME ONE CHANCE? i hope Microsoft can unbanned my Xbox One, i promise i will never ever hack or cheat. I'M A VICTIM

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

I know it's a problem seriously, but i bought my Xbox on 29/04/2016 and then on 12/06/2016 my Xbox is banned, When i bought my Xbox not banned, i still play games and live normal. I don't know the old owner because the seller who sold Xbox One for me, he
is not the owner. I don't know How to used to violate the Code of Conduct, i just play games, i don't know the old owner used to violate the Code of Conduct, i never do it. My Xbox is banned is not fair with me

 

Metal Daze3 provides good info regarding bans / suspensions as stated that it is not recommended for users to purchase second hand devices you have not been sure what the previous owner had done. And since it is a console ban you cannot appeal for a case
review and the ban cannot lifted if you used a Microsoft account you should've gotten a email stating the reason of the suspension.

And now, Finally, i must buy a new Xbox One other???? I must disposal my Xbox??? i lost 350$. OMG! So hard that i bought it. And No way unban??? that's not my fault

 

There is absolutely no way to unban a console once it is banned. You'll have to buy another console if you want to connect to Xbox Live.

Should you decide to buy another console, it is highly recommended that you buy a new console, so that it won't be banned do to the actions of the previous owner that you might not know about.

 

I think that Microsoft has a very strict code when it comes to the ban hammer. it is very difficult to lose money and face consequences that other people should be punished for. i would say that you should either get the person who sold you the console to
refund the money and apologize or if that isnt possible i suggest you ask for a test run to reassure that the console is working perfectly from now on if you buy from a console owner instead of a game selling store like gamestop and stuff. to be 100% sure
the product isnt banned or modded.

I have xbox one banned console and i play games from discs and console have some accounts and i play offline with discs only all i ask about it can i create account on my banned console ?? When i try to add new account it give me error with nunbers 0x80a40019

 

Hey i had bought an xbox one off of facebook and it said that its banned so i tried deleting there acounts and then delete everything ne i cant do nothing on the xbox one it wont let me get to sign in my account i just lost my money not very happy
