Your Bogus Ban System

So if you are at all familiar with Rocket league (or a game where items are able to be traded) you'll feel my pain. I was chatting with a pos by the name of "Cobalt Smurf" and we agreed upon a trade. Once in the trade screen he tried a lame scam of distracting
me while switching a painted (more valuable) item for a non-painted. In the grand scheme of things you are probably thinking who cares. And really so was I. However, I messaged him calling him a "**** loser" because I've had a couple of cocktails and he responded
with "loooool reported have a fun 2 week ban" and somehow I'm actually banned. I've never even seen an actual ban on xbox before. I certainly didnt' deserve this one. Fix it. Get rid of that POS and lift my ban. Or ill take my $1000 + a year else where.

Communication ban bogus

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions/bans. You would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review. While games themselves may be rated M, everything done on Live has to remain E for everyone.

The age rating on a game only means someone under that age can not legally buy that game.

Doesn't mean they can't play it & age ratings do not apply to the online side,something every game with online tells you.

 

Naming and shaming isn't allowed here, the best thing to do in such cases is use the report system and block the player to minimise their interaction with you in the future.

 

Your best thing to do when something like this happens again is to never retaliate, this is a sure way to get yourself in trouble too. Then File a report and block the gamertag.
