Your automated ban system is broken.

So some immature child messages me, admits he likes to troll me, and then admit to doing it to everyone else and gets away with it. I report him for it as the code of conduct states "trolling and griefing is against the rules" So I message him this;

"Thanks for providing evidence saying you break the rules. you're now under review by the enforcement team of xbox lve for trolling/griefing behaviour. Clear as day, black and white text as a rule in the CoC and you admit to doing it, bye bye little boy."

Why did I get banned for 24 hours? If you're telling me that saying "CoC" [Code of Conduct] is against the rules, then why the hell are you allowed to say it on websites and on the xbox? Uplift my ban, this is unjustified in every way.

The bulk of the system is absolutely automated, and ridiculously easy to manipulate. Online clans are able to ban together and have their members report players, which does in fact result in bans. Other ways to manipulate the system include heavily misspelling cursewords and other derogatory slang, including racist slurs, in order to avoid meeting the exaxt search criteria for the auto-ban filter.

Xbox is not interested in a toxic-free community. However, they are interested in not getting sued for appearing to allow things like hate speech on their platform...which they often do allow so long as it is spoken, and not written.

As such, they have, and will likley continue to, put in the minimum effort into this system that they can in order to avoid litigation.

You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for information about your suspension, but as it is only a 24 hours suspension it would not be eligible for a case review so all you can do is wait it out. It's possible they issued the suspension because it sounds like impersonation. In the future, it's best to just report and block instead of responding.

don't use any communications on xbox, it is broken and not fit for purpose, also lfg is just to find someone for a game, you cannot advertise your stream via this.

It's not broken bro, advertising your ttv in an lfg post is technically spam and is against rules, just put it in your bio or link it to ur profile instead.

You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review, but LFG posts are only meant for finding others to play a game with. Anything else is not allowed. In your case, it would fall under spam
