That is what it says when I hit continue

Hi i keep getting this error message Your account is unable to make this type of purchase on Xbox.com. Please complete this transaction from your Xbox. and on my Xbox it says i am unable to make this type of purchase and then crashes when i try and purchase
mirrors edge xbox live gold

please help

I checked and both website and console are in UK region

I think that troubleshooting article relates to a different issue, the error message is different, there is no problem with xbox live status, I have compared and updated his settings to match my own settings (I a able to purchase things without issue on
the same console, so the console is not banned and also his account is not banned.

Thanks for clarifying as well as ensuring that your settings match up. I believe

this article will explain the error in more detail. Essentially Child accounts are restricted from purchases from the Xbox 360 Marketplace and technically the Avatar Store is going through the Xbox 360 Marketplace at the present time. The best thing you
can do is use an Xbox 360 console to obtain the free content for his profile.
