Well accounts have spending limits

Like not over 500.or 1000 dollars per day or week this has nothing to do with child account or not it's to do with preventing accidental.purchases and fraud

The video is really outdated and so is what he said. If you look at the conference he made after the release of Rage, he had a whole different speech about video games and the current hardware of Xbox and PS3. Rage is a rare piece of technology.

Yes it has been maxed out for a long time now and Epic, Crytek, Criterion, Dice have said they would enjoy better hardware. These companies make up the majority of licensed game engines. Big thing is if you look at some Siggraph papers the amount of work
going into making an algorithm to create an effect for a console game versus what it would take to do the same on current PC hardware is staggering. Also once the 360 and PS3 are replaced all that work will be worthless.

As far as high quality games coming out the 360 has another couple years. I really want to see a new console holiday 2013 though.
