Hi, Recently I changed my subscription from Ultimate to Console game pass, after this I tried to go to FIFA23, Ultimate Team - Rivals and a pop-up with the text: "Your account does not have the required privilege to access this feature, select yes if you would like to access this feature.

If I press yes, sends me directly to a screen to but ULTIMATE PASS, if I try to change another error comes out. If I press no, still can't play.

I try everything, restart the console, restart the game, change privacy settings, read the policy, and reset my router. Nothing is working. I need some help, please.

On Fifa 18 go into the Options and reread the terms of server and Privacy policy. Under profile and online settings. This worked for me. Good luck.

You need to have Game pass ultimate or Xbox live Gold, to play Fifa 23 ultimate team!

Hi!

On the "Subscriptions" tab of your console, do you see the active Gold? Otherwise, check your privacy settings to enable online features. Also verify that the "Join multiplayer games" setting is set to "Allow".

Just a friendly reminder though that to play an online multiplayer game it is required to have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription. You've mentioned that you change your subscription to Xbox Game Pass for Console, it's a subscription where you can access hundreds of games but will not let you play online multiplayer.

Options you have is to upgrade to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or buy an individual Xbox Live Gold subscription.
